Director of John Paul the II Public Gymnasium in Ząbki. He was co-founder of innovative solutions used in teaching subjects as well as in school management. He is the founder of school with the international units, sports classes (yachting and shooting) as well as school for adults. Co-author of educational programme called – naval education for children and youth. At the invitation of Scottish Government he was involved in student exchange programme. Co-author of international student and teacher exchange programme. Animator of innovative educational solutions based on new technologies such as whiteboards, on-line teaching. He was organizer of conferences on integration in teaching, sea education and adults’ education.
