He started his professional career as a translator, first at PAP (Polish Press Agency), then Ministry of The Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Poland as specialist in diplomatic protocol. Private interpreter for USA president (G. Bush - senior) and M. Thatcher (British Prime Minister). In the early nineties he began his business career with Golub Europe, i.e. European branch of famous developer from Chicago. He is co-author of modern management standards for real estate in Central Europe. He supervised management of the highest class office blocks in the region; he was also responsible for reaching new clients. In 1994-2003 he assumed the post of the President of the management board at Golub Polska, associated company to GE Capital Golub. He is a former member of the management board at Warsaw Financial Centre and Operations Director at GE Capital Golub Europe LLC with its registered office in Warsaw. In 2004 he was Vice-President for Development at GP Bis, and in 2005 he was a President of the Board at Coldwell Banker Polska. Since 2006 he is Managing Partner and President of the Board at Nordic Capital Management and at the same time a Partner to and Specialist at Brian Tracy International.
