:: Izabela Owczarek

She started her professional career from graduating economy; foreign trade faculty. Attractive job, however, was not giving fulfillment and satisfactions. The hidden passion for children education was becoming stronger and stronger. The final decision on devoting her professional life to children, their education, development and bringing up, she has made several years ago.
She graduated from The Higher School of Pedagogy of the Society of Public Knowledge in Warsaw. Each moment of her professional life she spent on work with children, their education and bringing them up by using innovative educational methods and techniques. She has a great results proved by high grades achieved by the children she has been taught, by opinion of parents and management staff.
Most of her time she spends on her own development, gaining knowledge and new skills she can use at work. She has finished Kinesiology course gaining the qualifications to use the techniques and procedures on physical movements, graphic exercises and relaxation activities which activate education process with children, youth and adults (including special educational needs.) She has finished the course of innovative memory techniques, which are implemented within the framework of extra classes and those used in the usual study plans for classes 1-3 and 4-6.
When working with children, she always remembers about choosing decisions best for children and tries her best to keep the balance between individual character of each child and child’s privilege and meeting needs of the entire group. Every single day when working with children she follows Chinese proverb which says “learning without thinking is useless, and thinking without learning is a dangerous,” that is why she cares so much about skilful and comprehensive use of knowledge by all the students both gifted and those average. For over many years now she has been organizing trips and rallies to attractive and educational places (e.g. historical, with special geographic features, and the like) and tourist places (summer and winter camps) which were aimed at helping children to think independently, to draw conclusions and at the same time have fun, joy and laugh.
