Is the founder and President of "Accelerated Learning Systems" company. He is involved in the governmental organisations and contributes to creation of the centres for parents education. He is also a member of the Scientific Association Campaign for Learning under the patronage of the British Government.

He is the author of "Accelerated Learning For the 21st Century" which was sold in over 400.000 copies in Great Britain and USA. (In Poland it was published in 2003). He is the founder of "Master it Faster" programme, which is sold in over 250.000 copies, and is excellent product on abilities of teaching adults, on improving their general competence, on adjusting to the new working conditions.

He is an expert in creating programmes on accelerated learning systems for foreign languages. He is co-author of "FunDamental Games" aimed at comprehensive children development at the age between 0 and 6. He is the author of "Champs" for pupils at the age between 10 and 16 years old. The programmes is used in over 45% of schools in Great Britain.

He is an expert who consults many universities and concerns such as Motorola, Xerox and IBM, Avon Cosmetics, Nestlé Rowntree, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Procter & Gamble.
