Teacher of physics at Dalane Secondary School in Egersund in Norway. She was awarded the title of doctor in nuclear physics at the Göteborg University. She was the president of the "Diversity against Senselessness" Society (Mangfald Mot Enfald) at Frölund High School (Frölundagymnasiet) aimed to combat racism and violence. For many years she has been organizing trainings on new methodology of teaching mathematics. She supports her husband in the Science Circus programme.
