As our aim is to meet the needs of innovative students and requirements set by the Ministry of Education, we are privileged our trainings to the members of the teaching staff.

* How can we motivate students to learn?

Form: active tutorial, workshops – to choose from
Subjects: Teacher’s behaviour helps generating motivation. Creating pro-learning atmosphere. Communication skills, blocs and examples of non-invasive communiqué. Types of interpersonal communiqués at schools. Brain and its possibilities. Stress physiology, its symptoms and the way of dealing with it. Stages in learning. Students’ dominance profiles and their influence of students’ behaviour. Sensory types, learning styles, multiple intelligence versus learning and teaching techniques. Adjusting educational requirements and offers to the needs and abilities of various students. Ways and rules for assessing the students in a manner generating motivation.

* Method for diagnosis student’s and teachers’ potential and the follow up conclusions

Form: active tutorial, workshops
Subjects: Diagnosis for own potential by means of simple diagnosis tools. Detailed analysis of specific human’s reactions depending on his portrait, special attention paid to the stressful situations. Preparing participants for carrying out diagnosis in their class. Preparation and presentation of the exercises to be used at the classes with children of certain portraits. 
 
* Building students’ psychological strengths and immunity

Form: workshop
Subjects: The ways of building humans’ psychological strength and immunity, creating team’s acceptance and approval of work done in the team. Creating positive attitude to work and to benefits drawn from it.
 
* Employing new multimedia technology – Multimedia in school

Form: workshop and active training Subjects: Learning computer programmes to be used with interactive whiteboards. Practical way of creating exercises for whiteboards. Drawing up study plans to be used at certain classes.

* Effective teaching methods for integrated education – Live education

Form: workshop
Subject: Learning new active ways of work with little children by means of physical activities, drawing, painting, listening to music and following certain procedures. Assessing children’s potential – representation systems, dominance profile, multiply intelligence. Balance balls to sit on them introduced to the class. Cooperation with parents and ways of communications. Building children and team’s psychological strength and immunity.
